Each Participant must use a separate registration form.

In order not to have duplicate records in the system, please use this form only if you are attending the Update Course but not attending the AEPC 2023 Annual Meeting.

If you would like to attend both events, please use the Annual Meeting Online Registration Form, in which Update Course registration is also possible.

Update Course Registration for AEPC Members

€ 140 

Update Course Registration for Non-Member Delegate

*All prices are inclusive of VAT. 

*AEPC Members are required submit their membership number during the registration process.

The registration fee for the Update Course includes: 

  • Access to all Update Course sessions
  • Certificate for Update Course attendance
  • Coffee break & lunch as per the Update Course Programme

 

Letter of Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within one week of receipt of the total registration fee. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the early bird deadline of 30 January 2023, up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50.00.-EUR deduction for administrative expenses. 

For cancellations received on and after 31 January 2023, the registration fee will be non-refundable. 

Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Annual Meeting Organising Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Neyir Seda Utugen (nutugen@kenes.com) and Ms. Ilayda Damar (idamar@kenes.com) 

 

Payment Terms

The official currency of the Annual Meeting is EUR.

Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card. We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques. 
 
Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard or Amex may use their credit cards to charge all fees. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates. 
 
Bank transfer payment:
Bank account details for the AEPC 2023 Annual Meeting are indicated below. Participants preferring to pay via bank transfer are required to send proof of payment to the Annual Meeting Organising Secretariat.
