Markus Saarijärvi is a clinical nurse specialist, researcher and teacher working at Karolinska Institute and University of Gothenburg. His research concerns the development, evaluation and implementation of complex interventions within healthcare, specifically focusing on the transition from pediatric to adult care for adolescents with heart disease.
