Corina Thomet, Nurse Practitioner at the Centre for Congenital Heart Disease, university Hospital of Bern, Switzerland. She is a PhD student at the KU Leuven in Belgium, where her main research intertest lie in transition. She is further interested in care perspectives when approaching end of life and contributed to an ESC position paper on advance care planning.
